DECLARATION FOR INAUGURATION OF
MONGOLIAN PEOPLES FEDERATION FOR WORLD PEACE

We Mongolians are owners of a long and rich history and noble culture, longing for peace.

Our Mongolians believed that a peaceful world of mutual prosperity, interdependence and universally shared values unbiased for mankind would be realized along with the breakdown of the Cold War system and beginning of a new millennium and new century, for which had been sought from our ancestors since ancient times. However, within only a few years into the start of the new millennium and century, our hope for everlasting peace is being threatened by global and plural problems such as international dispute and terror, conflict among the civilizations based on religions, environmental issues, starvation, disease, and infringement of human rights, matters related to woman and the aged that threaten our sphere of life. Especially, the collapse of the family, youth crimes, erosion of values of purity have substantially threatened not only our Mongolian communities but also the very existence of human beings.

Mongolians are scattered around the world including the whole Eurasia and American Continentals and have established their own cultural boundaries of national countries in each area; yet we come from a single root. By blood we can be classified as people with Mongolian spots. Within our cultural roots we find a cultural consciousness of revering heaven and loving mankind, and an emphasis on the importance of family community. Historically, as Mongolians have adapted themselves to various natural environments and exchanged with neighboring cultures, we now do not recognize one another as brothers and sisters, and instead brought on a history of misfortune that requires us to forgive and reconcile with each another.

The history of mankind is now facing an era of tremendous change. Externally, due to the development of information and telecommunication, and internally, the transference from the era before heaven characterized by lies and confrontation, to the era of heaven which embodies true love and peaceful unification, all the barriers such as religion, race, country, nation, ideology that brought about division and misfortune toe mankind are being abolished. It is becoming an era of liberation and release - of the liberation through indemnity for all things that were under restraint, confinement and the shackles of hatred.

Keeping pace with such current of new era and desire, our Mongolian spot race will take the lead to establish peaceful world of interdependence, mutual prosperity and universally shared values which consists of one global family under God as the parents of all the races and nations in the world grounded in the values of true love and the true family which transcends all barriers.

For this purpose, our Mongolian spot race will establish the Mongolian Peoples' Federation for World Peace for the purpose of reconciliation and cooperation through the interchange with one another, service activities for serving and giving, development and cooperation for interdependence and prosperity, research and education for restoring the root of our lineage and a true family movement, and joint activities for peaceful world. Let us all unite under the banner of a unified Mongolian people and open the era of peaceful unification that is interreligious and international in its dimension.
